“On/Off” — What happens when you turn the least developed region “on” and the most developed region “off” the Internet and WWW ? This Documentary looks just at that, by providing two households in a village in Nigeria — which has had no previous access to the Internet — with Internet Broadband, while disconnecting another two hoseholds in South Korea — which is currently the most connected country in the world — from the Web. This unique documentary reveals how large a gap exists in the world today and how the internet can affect lives all over the globe.
